Three deaths and 19 injuries have been reported following a magnitude 6.0 in Southern Iran. The quake hit 100 kilometres(60 miles) southwest of the port city of Bandar Abbas in the Hormozgan Province. There continues to be a high threat for more large earthquakes in the world. Other regions that may be of concern include western China, Taiwan, Japan, Kuril Islands, Philippines(Luzon or the Babuyan Islands region), Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Central America, Colombia..
