The potential for more magnitude 6 or greater earthquakes worldwide anytime now or within the next 7 days are extremely high again. They may even be a particularly powerful event somewhere within the next 2 weeks or sooner. A magnitude 7 or higher is of a strong chance now within the next 2 weeks. It could happen any day or it might wait until April. April may be a more volatile month in terms of tectonic activity. As far as right now is concerned, there is at least a very high chance of magnitude 6+ in the world. At the same time, there also may not be any magnitude 6+ anywhere today or this weekend. There is still a great chance for more strong EQs somewhere at any time or within the next 7 days.
Regions of concern include: Indonesia, Philippines, Papua New Guinea, parts of the Southwest Pacific such as Tonga, Vanuatu, and the Kermadec Islands, possibly New Zealand, the Northern Mariana Islands region, Taiwan, Japan, Kamchatka Peninsula, Alaska, Central America, Chile, Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru, Argentina, Myanmar, possibly Western China, Pakistan, Turkey, Greece..
There has been more seismic activity steadily warming up in Southern California over the last couple of days. There is an increasing chance of more magnitude 3-4 or higher within the next 2-3 weeks or any day now. We may be steadily getting closer to a more significant event. It could suddenly spring up on us any day. There is also a high chance for more noticeable activity elsewhere in California such as the bay area, the Sierras. There may also be more activity taking place in other areas of the West including Utah, Nevada, the Yellowstone area, and/or the Pacific Northwest.

More significant earthquake activity worldwide is on the rise once again now. The chances of more magnitude 6-7 or greater are still extremely high within the next week or anytime now. There could be more large quakes striking somewhere any day now or it may stall back out for a little while. Regions to watch out for include: Indonesia(Sumatra, Java, Bali, Pulau Sumbawa), Flores Sea, East Timor, Banda Sea, Philippines(Mindanao, Luzon, Babuyan and Batan Islands), Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Fiji, Tonga, New Zealand or the Balleny Islands region, Japan(Hokkaido, Honshu, Izu, and Ryukyu Islands), Kuril Islands or the Kamchatka Peninsula, Aleutian Islands, Alaska Peninsula(e.g. Kodiak Island), Scotia Sea, Chile(Coquimbo, Valparaiso, Atacama, and Tarapaca), Argentina(San Juan, Catamarca, and Jujuy), Eastern Bolivia or Southern Peru, Central America(e.g. El Salvador), Southern Mexico(e.g. Chiapas and/or Oaxaca), Southern Greece, Turkey, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan or possibly the Himalayas/Northern India, China(Sichuan, Yunnan, or Xizang)...
There might also be mag. 4+ in parts of California such as Southern California and the Sierras or Western Nevada within the next week or two. Northern California could also be having some more activity as well. There may be activity flaring up elsewhere in the Western U.S. such as Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and/or Utah. Back home, there are signs of more activity increasing in Southern California any time or day now so far. The Western end of the Sierra Madre Fault Zone is having some activity warming up. A magnitude 4 or higher in the San Fernando Valley area today, tomorrow, or this week is of a higher potential so far. More activity elsewhere in Southern California this week is also of a higher chance so far. More mag. 3+ may be on the rise again in parts such as the Aguanga area, Palm Springs/Idyllwild, the Big Bear area, and Yucca Valley. It could act up anywhere here in Southern CA. At the same time, it could end up dying back down to where there is very little going on for now. I will keep you all posted throughout the hours here:
