Update: May 12, 2020

I made a good decision by taking back a post I made earlier this morning. I was getting ready to call off the watch, but I had a feeling I may have spoken too soon. I decided to give it a little more time. After all, I was kind of just waking up. Less than an hour later, some more activity did start heating up out there. A magnitude 5.0 struck Peru and just now, a magnitude 4.9 earthquake occurred in Nepal. That is an area we may have to watch. A larger event there anytime or day now is possible. It may have already had its big one 5 years ago, but that does not mean another significant event anytime soon is out of the question.
There could be more taking place elsewhere in Central Asia any time now. There is still a high potential for more significant activity in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea region. So far, the potential for large earthquake activity somewhere in the world anytime now or sometime this week is extremely high again. A massive earthquake could even take place somewhere today, tomorrow, or next week at this point. The Banda Sea region is still an area of concern. Other areas to watch include: Japan, Philippines, Chile, Peru, Tonga, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea, East Timor, Indonesia(Sulawesi, Sumatra, Java, Kepulauan Barat Daya)..
It could also end up becoming relatively quiet again where it stretches out to where there are a few magnitude 5s at a time throughout this week into next week. It could also become totally quiet for hours to a day before much more breaks out. However, a major earthquake anytime now or sometime this week still stands of a very high chance so far.
There has still been some more activity increasing in Southern California. Magnitude 3s and even 4s are becoming more frequent around here. Most of the activity has been occurring in the Imperial Valley area and near Anza.
