So far, there still may be a lot going on out there in the world. More moderate earthquake activity is likely in active parts of the world at any time with the potential of something more serious somewhere. Yesterday, a magnitude 5.2 earthquake caused damage and claimed several lives in China's Yunnan Province. Remember, don't try to run out of a building when an earthquake occurs. You will more likely be injured that way as debris comes crashing down from the building's exterior.
Places in the world that may be most likely impacted by the next round of moderate to potentially large earthquakes include: Japan(Honshu, Hokkaido, Bonin, and/or Izu Islands), Northern Mariana Islands, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia(Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, or the Kepulauan Barat Daya region), Central Asia(parts of China, the Hindu Kush region, Tajikistan, or Pakistan), Greece region, Central America, Chile, Peru, Colombia, possibly the Puerto Rico region again or somewhere in the Caribbean, Solomon Islands region, Tonga, Fiji...
There is still potential more significant activity could take place in the Aleutian Islands of Alaska. There could also be more going on in the Southern part of the State. There is a strong potential for mag. 4+ in Southern Alaska any time now or sometime within the week. There is still likely to be more mag. 3-4+ aftershocks in Nevada. There is also a high chance of mag. 3+ in Southern and/or Central California anytime or day now. There may be little going on here in Southern CA right now, but there is a very high chance of that changing this week. It could be today, but at the same time, it may not.
There may also be more heating up in the Ridgecrest and Mammoth Lakes area so far.
