Update: 11/13/22

I meant to touch base earlier. There is still a lot going on in the world in terms of seismic activity. A magnitude 6.2 struck offshore of Bio-Bio, Chile last night. It is still active elsewhere. Other areas to watch include: Indonesia, Central America, the Kuril Islands region, the Aleutian Islands, and Central Asia. There could be another major earthquake imminent somewhere at any time or within the next week at this point. There has yet to be a great earthquake. There is typically one magnitude 8.0 or greater somewhere in the world a year. However, there are years that go without one and the biggest that ever happened was a magnitude 7.9 or 7.8.
