Report: 11/9/22

There is a lot going on out there. A magnitude 7.0 struck south of the Fiji Islands several hours ago with an aftershock of magnitude 6.6 minutes later. A magnitude 5.6 struck 22 km NE of Marotta, Italy in the Adriatic Sea overnight. It was felt as far away as Rome and northern parts of the country. It occurred shortly after 7 a.m. local time. Fortunately, no injuries or damage have been reported. There happened to be some activity going on in northern Italy, but not in the same area. It is always important to be cautious in case an even bigger event happens later. Once again, it is still very active in the world and there still may be more to come within the coming week or any time now.
