I was not sure to launch a new World Earthquake Watch yet, but there is more going on out there so far. A magnitude 6.0 struck in the northern Pacific Ocean. It was hundreds of kilometers off the California coast and it was unusual. It was a rather random location as it was not only away from a plate boundary, but not actually in a known active fault system. There may now be a very high potential for more serious earthquake activity in the world within the next few days so far. A magnitude 6.1 also occurred in the South Sandwich Islands region a few hours ago. Other regions to watch include: Japan(Hokkaido region), Kuril Islands, Peru, Bolivia, northern Chile, Taiwan, Philippines, western China, the Hindu Kush Mountains region, Indonesia(Sumatra, Java, or Sulawesi region), Solomon Islands, Tonga, Fiji..
