Update: 1.20.23

A magnitude 6.2 earthquake struck near Guadeloupe Island in the Caribbean earlier. No damage was reported, but it was felt as far away as Puerto Rico. There still may be more going on out there. This would be the last day of the world earthquake watch, but nothing is set in stone. It has been an active week. There have been 3 magnitude 7+ earthquakes this month so far. I was at first uncertain about the outlook for January, but I knew more major earthquake activity was due after it being quiet for a while. This does not necessarily mean that February will be quiet.
