Update: 1/29/22
So far, it is heated out there. A magnitude 6.5 struck the Kermadec Islands region just over 12 hours ago. There are heightened levels of activity throughout parts of the world. Several earthquakes ranging from magnitude 4.3 to 4.8 have struck Japan over the last day. They were all off the coast of northeastern Honshu and southwest of Hokkaido. I'm making Japan one of my bases now. I have not been there before yet, but I have plans on getting over there in the not too distant future. There may also be more seismic activity increasing across parts of the U.S. including California and Nevada and also potentially the Central and Eastern U.S. There is still a very high potential for more strong earthquake activity in the world. Other regions to watch would include: Indonesia, parts of Central Asia(including Western China), Iran, the Kuril Islands region, the Aleutian Islands, the Southwestern Pacific Ocean, and/or possibly the Caribbean region(off the coast of Venezuela, Haiti) and/or Central America.
