A magnitude 6.1 earthquake struck India's Nicobar Islands hours ago. No damage or casualties have been reported so far. More moderate to significant earthquake activity is still occurring in parts of the world so far. A magnitude 5.5 just struck north of the Bismarck Sea near Papua New Guinea.
