Update: 8/13/22

So far, 2 magnitude 5.8 earthquakes have occurred in the world over the past 24 hours. The first quake struck just offshore of western Mindanao, Philippines. So far, there have been no reports of damage or fatalities. The second earthquake occurred 32 km SSW of Luganville, Vanuatu. There is still a very high potential for strong earthquake activity in the world. On a minor note, there have been more small earthquakes happening in the Eastern half of the United States. A magnitude 2.7 struck near the Tennessee-Alabama border early this morning, not that far away from where I currently live. There have also been some small quakes in the northeast over the past several days as well. There has also been some seismic activity taking place in the Pacific Northwest.
