Update: 2/16/22
Earlier, a magnitude 6.2 earthquake struck Guatemala. It was said to have caused some damage, but thankfully no injuries or deaths have been reported so far. There may still be a lot more going on out there in the world any tiem or day now. Regions that could be active may include: Japan, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Iran, Aleutian Islands, Vanuatu, Tonga, and/or Central America.. There is also a chance that could be it for now, but at the same time, it may be very active somewhere out there any time or day now this week. There may still be nothing going on in the Central/Eastern U.S. right now, but I'm also not missing out on anything going on back in Southern California. There have been 10 small earthquakes reported on the Eastern half of the country this past week. It almost never goes more than a week without one small quake in Western or Eastern TN or surrounding areas. It has been 3 days. Also, these earthquakes are not always recorded right away. There may be more going on anytime now this week or next week.
