EQ Watch: 4/17-23/21

Now would be the right time to make a new post. I jumped a little too soon a few days ago as it looked like it was about to become more active in the world, but at the same time, it was not going to be so active yet. Now there is a very high chance of magnitude 6 or larger in the world somewhere any time now or within this week ahead. Regions that could be of concern would include: the Kamchatka Peninsula, Aleutian Islands, Kuril Islands, Japan(Hokkaido), Northern Mariana Islands, Philippines, Indonesia(Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, Seram, or Halmahera), East Timor, Papua New Guinea, Ryukyu Islands, Taiwan, China(possibly other parts of China besides Western China), Pakistan, Kermadec Islands, Tonga, Fiji, Ecuador, Colombia, Central America.. Again, those are a list of potential candidates for the next set of significant activity. I'm not implying that it could act up everywhere at once. There may also be more mag. 4+ in Alaska. There has also been more activity occurring across the United States. Some more seismic activity could be flaring up around California as well as Idaho, West Texas, and Oklahoma. A few very small quakes have occurred in Western and Eastern Tennessee and North Carolina. They were too small to be felt, but there could be something interesting taking place on this side of the country. Again, the chances of magnitude 6+ in parts of the world are very high anytime or day now. There is even a chance of a magnitude 7 or larger somewhere any time or day now.
