It may have gone quiet during the overnight hours(California time), but it is now showing signs of more dangerous activity somewhere in the world. The chances of magnitude 7 or greater anytime now or sometime within the next week are extremely high.
Areas to watch include: Japan(Honshu, Hokkaido, Ryukyu Islands), Southern Alaska and/or the Aleutian Islands, Tonga, Fiji, Kermadec Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Papua New Guinea, East Timor, Indonesia(Sulawesi, Halmahera, Talaud Islands, Tanimbar Islands, Java, Sumatra), Andaman Islands, Western Xizang - China, Northern India, Central America, Chile, Peru...
There may not be much taking place here in Southern California right now, but the potential for more magnitude 3 or greater anytime now or sometime this weekend are still very high. There is still a very high chance for magnitude 4 or greater in Southern and Central California anytime within the next week or sooner.
