Outlook: April 18-26, 2020

So far, more significant activity has started to take place in parts of the world. A magnitude 6.6 occurred in the Bonin Islands region overnight. At this point, it could become quiet for now or it could become violently active any moment or day now. A major earthquake might be imminent somewhere at any time or within the week ahead. It could also be at the end of this month or possibly later. There have been months where the world has gone without a magnitude 7 or greater.
However, more large earthquakes are likely at least any day now or within the week ahead. Regions that may be hit include: the Northern Mariana Islands(including Guam), Ryukyu Islands(Japan), Batan and Babuyan Islands(Philippines), Myanmar, Xizang-China, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Turkey, Greece or possibly Italy, Indonesia(Sumatra, Java, Tanimbar Islands, Molucca Sea region, Banda Sea region), East Timor, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Kermadec Islands, Japan(Hokkaido), Kuril Islands, Aleutian Islands, Central America, Chile, Colombia, possibly the Caribbean..
I'm still closely monitoring the Banda Sea region and East Timor. I'm also still watching the Ryukyu Islands region which is an area I have been concerned about for a while. I did not let that one go. The Northern Mariana Islands get get hit next. The Southwestern Pacific, the Aleutian Islands or perhaps Alaska's Kodiak region could also potentially have a strong earthquake at any time. There is a high chance for more mag. 3+ quakes in Southern California as well as Central or Northern California so far. There could be a lot going on this coming week.
