Hours ago, a magnitude 7.3 earthquake struck off Flores Island, Indonesia. A tsunami warning was issued, but then lifted. According to the USGS, the earthquake had a focal depth of 11.5 miles(18.5 km). No major damage or casualties have been reported so far. The shaking was felt in 14 districts and cities across the provinces of East Nusa Tenggara, South Sulawesi and Southeast Sulawesi. There has been not much going on elsewhere in the world. Though there is still a heightened potential for more significant earthquake activity somewhere, that may also be it for now at the same time.
