So far, there has more or less been more significant activity taking place in the world. However, the chances of magnitude 6 or greater any moment now or sometime within the next few days are extremely high. At the same time, it could also become relatively quiet through the end of this month. A magnitude 6 or larger quake is likely somewhere in the world anytime now or within the next several days. Areas that may be under the gun include: Japan(Hokkaido, Honshu, Izu Islands region), Kuril Islands, Kamchatka Peninsula, Aleutian Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Papua New Guinea, Philippines(Mindanao, Batan Islands region), Molucca and Banda Sea regions, East Timor, Indonesia(Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, or Halmahera), Andaman Islands region, portions of Western China, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, or Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, Greece, Tonga, Kermadec Islands, Chile, Peru, Galapagos Islands region, and/or Central America.
There may also be more activity increasing in Southern California any moment now. More magnitude 3-4+ may be on the rise anytime now or within the coming days once more. There may also be more activity heating up in other parts of the state. There is also a very high potential for more mag. 4+ up in Alaska anytime or day now.
