EQ WATCH: Feb. 20 - 26th, 2020

So far, the chances of major earthquake activity worldwide any moment or day now are extremely high again so far. It has been starting to become more active again today in parts of the world. Regions of potential concern include: the Molucca Sea region(Indonesia), East Timor, the Banda Sea region(Indonesia), Philippines(Mindanao), Sumatra and Java(Indonesia), Northern Mariana Islands, Taiwan, Japan, Kuril Islands, Kamchatka Peninsula, Aleutian Islands(Alaska, U.S.A.), Central Asia(Western China, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Pakistan), Iran, Turkey, Greece, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Tonga, Kermadec Islands, South Sandwich Islands, Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Central America..
There is also still that possibility of something significant taking place along the Pacific Northwest coast or BC coast/Gulf of Alaska. More seismic activity has also started ramping up in Southern California again so far. There has also been more heating up in the Ridgecrest area and area near Bishop. Be cautious in case something more significant may be on the rise again. There should be more mag. 3+ here in Southern California anytime or day now. The Glen Avon or Greater Los Angeles area could have a magnitude 3 or larger anytime now or by this weekend so far. The next one could also occur elsewhere in Southern California such as near Yucaipa, Yucca Valley, Big Bear, or the Mojave Desert(e.g. Barstow area).
In terms of big earthquakes in the world, there is due to be more mag. 6+ somewhere any moment now or within the next 5 days.
At the same time, it could end up being relatively quiet heading on into March. There is still a high chance there is much more to come in Southern and Central California within the coming weeks or sooner.
