February 1-2, 2019

There has more or less been a lot of significant activity taking place worldwide most recently. There was a magnitude 6.6 earthquake on the border between Chiapas, Mexico and Guatemala earlier today. More moderate earthquakes started increasing elsewhere, especially in the Northern Mariana Islands region which has been an area of particular concern most recently. There is still an extremely high chance of magnitude 7 or greater somewhere worldwide anytime now or within the next 7 days at this point. It could also delay up to 2 weeks at this point.
Places that may be hit include the Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, Philippines(Mindanao), the Molucca Sea region, Banda Sea region, East Timor, Indonesia(Sulawesi, Flores Sea region, Java, Sumatra), Burma(Myanmar), China(Xizang), Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan region, Hindu Kush region, Afghanistan or Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, Greece, New Guinea region, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Vanuatu, Fiji, Loyalty Islands, New Zealand(North Island or South Island), Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, or Guatemala, Southern Mexico, possibly Southern Alaska, Aleutian Islands, Taiwan, Japan(Hokkaido, Honshu, Izu Islands, Ryukyu Islands), Kuril Islands..
So far, there has been more seismic activity increasing in Southern California over the past few days. Two magnitude 3-pointers hit the area this week and there still might be more on the way within the week. A magnitude 4 or higher is due at any time around here. There also might be more activity increasing elsewhere in the state as well as other areas of the West including the Pacific Northwest Coast, Nevada, and the Yellowstone area or Utah. There could be more activity here in Southern California at any time or this weekend, yet it could also hold off again for now.
