Outlook: June 9 - 17, 2020

At this point, the global activity may remain low for now. However, it could still heat back up in places today. A major earthquake somewhere today or tomorrow is still not out of the question. There is in fact still a very high potential for magnitude 6 or greater in the world any time or day by the 13th. It could also delay into next week at the same time. There is more activity occurring up in Alaska. There could potentially be something more significant going on there any time or any day now.
There is still more aftershock activity occurring in Nevada and there may be more mag. 3 or 4+ taking place near Bodie, California(Mammoth Lakes area). Some more aftershock activity has also started flaring up in Idaho. There may not be much going on here in Southern California right now. However, there may still be a lot more to come within the coming days. It could still heat back up again today. There could be little going on around here for now, but it should start becoming more active by now or sometime very soon.
The places around the world to potentially watch out for include: Central Asia(Afghanistan, Myanmar), Iran, Indonesia(Sumatra, Java, Halmahera, Banda Sea region), Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu, Kermadec Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Japan(Ryukyu Islands, Hokkaido, or Northern Honshu), Taiwan, Kuril Islands, Kamchatka Peninsula, Aleutian Islands or Southern Alaska, Central America, Chile..
When I list all those places, I don't want to confuse anyone where it comes across like I'm saying multiple places might go off at once. These are just the candidates. They are usually the most active parts of the world. That being said, there may or may not be more serious activity going on in the world. There is due to be more within the next 5-7 days at this point. This could also include more dangerous volcanic activity taking place somewhere.

Update: June 7, 2020

There is a lot of significant activity increasing in parts of the world so far. The biggest so far was a magnitude 5.8 in the Solomon Islands region. There is now an extremely high chance for a major earthquake somewhere any moment now or within the next several days at this point. Regions that could potentially be under the gun include: Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Kermadec Islands region, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia(Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, or Halmahera; also the Banda Sea region), Myanmar, possibly Central Asia(Western China, Hindu Kush region, Tajikistan), Iran, Turkey, Southern Greece, Japan(Northern Honshu or Hokkaido), Kuril Islands, Kamchatka Peninsula, Central America, Chile, Peru...
Just as I suspected, some mag. 4+ earthquakes have occurred in Alaska. There could be even more going on in that area. There has also been more activity heating up in Southern California so far. There is a very high chance of magnitude 4 or greater within the coming days. Something could even happen today. There could also be more activity taking place in Central California and the Bay area as well. I also will not be surprised if a bigger aftershock occurs in Nevada anytime or day now.

More strong activity worldwide still likely

There is still a lot going on in the world so far in terms of seismic activity. A powerful earthquake somewhere any moment or any day is highly likely so far. Yesterday, a magnitude 5.2 hit Central-Eastern Turkey. I warned on Twitter for that area to take precaution in case a bigger event occurs. I want to be careful not to alarm anyone because there also likely will not be a bigger event. It is just a precautionary measure whenever there is more activity than usual going on in a certain area. I'm only advising people to be aware and prepared. I'm not advising them to anticipate a large earthquake striking the area at any minute.
Nobody can know for sure whether a big earthquake will occur somewhere or not. Within the coming days, more earthquakes of at least magnitude 6 or higher are of an extremely strong chance in the world. I will not be surprised if it goes quiet again, but as of right now, there still might be more significant activity increasing somewhere. Regions to watch out for include: the Hindu Kush region, Turkey, Southern Greece, Indonesia(Flores, Banda, and Molucca Sea region or Sumatra), Papua New Guinea, Northern Mariana Islands, Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu, Philippines(Luzon or Mindanao), Japan(Ryukyu Islands, Honshu, Hokkaido), Kuril Islands, Kamchatka Peninsula, South Sandwich Islands, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, Central America..
While there still may be more strong earthquakes worldwide at any time, I will again, not be surprised if it goes quiet again. There is still more activity heating up in Southern California so far, as well as other parts of California again. There is also more aftershock activity increasing in Nevada as well as Idaho. There could be a stronger aftershock in one of those places. The potential for mag. 3-4+ in Southern California any time now or within the next 5-7 days is extremely high. I will be posting updates as the days go along.

Update: June 4, 2020

There has been a lot going on so far. Hours ago, a magnitude 6.4 rocked the Molucca Sea region, North of Halmahera(Indonesia). Everyone is aware that the biggest aftershock the Ridgecrest sequence has had in a while occurred at 6:32 P.M. yesterday evening. It was a magnitude 5.1. While it has calmed down a little overnight, there still may be a lot more going on in Southern California within the coming days so far.
There may be more mag. 3-4+ going on in Central California as well within the next week ahead so far. There is still a very high potential for more large earthquake activity somewhere in the world. Areas the watch would include: Philippines, Indonesia, Myanmar, portions of China, Hindu Kush region, Southern Greece(possibly other areas of Southeastern Europe), Japan, Northern Mariana Islands, Kuril Islands, Tonga, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina, Central America...
There may also be something going on in Alaska. It does not necessarily mean something large, but more activity(mag. 4+) within the week ahead. More aftershock activity may continue in the Ridgecrest area as well as Nevada and possibly Idaho.

Update: June 3, 2020

It is a good thing I switched my avatar back to alert mode late last night, there was not only more going on here in Southern California, but a large earthquake finally occurred somewhere in the world. A magnitude 6.8 took place in the Antofagasta region of Chile about 7 hours ago. A magnitude 3.9 hit about 25 miles NNW of the town of Barstow, California last night at around 9:36.
There is still a very high potential for more large earthquakes worldwide and more activity taking place here in Southern California. It is still very hot right now so far.

Overview of California

It occurred to me that there has been more activity reverberating back and forth from Central to Southern California recently. A magnitude 3.1 occurred Northeast of the town of Gonzales in Monterey County. It is somewhat connected because these quakes up there have mostly been occurring on the San Andreas Fault. I have a feeling at this point that some more significant activity could start occurring in Central California along that segment and then down here or vice versa in the coming months or weeks possibly. Again, there is no way of knowing for certain what may happen next. That can definitely happen, though. There could be more activity increasing up into the Bay area as well. We very well may be heading into active times and it may not only involve Southern California. It has slowly but surely looking more and more ominous.

Update: June 2, 2020

I'm going to be extending this watch into next week. While there is still a very high chance of magnitude 6 or greater somewhere, it may be lagging for right now. It could also get very quiet before an outbreak in significant activity in parts of the world. There is still a very high chance a magnitude 7 or greater could occur somewhere this week or next week. Regions that could be potential candidates for the next magnitude 6 or greater any time or day now include: Japan(Honshu, Hokkaido), Kuril Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Philippines, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu, New Zealand, Myanmar, China(Sichuan, Yunnan, or Xizang), Chile, Argentina, South Sandwich Islands, Iran, Greece...
There has been a lot of activity going on in the Eastern Mediterranean and Southeastern Europe most recently. That is a region to watch out for as precaution. It may not be one of the top most active regions in the world, but there has been a lot of moderate activity taking place there lately. In Southern California, there has been a steady increase in activity over the last day so far. There is an extremely high potential for mag. 4+ within the next week - this week or next week.
